Diwali special light

This festival of light and prosperity come with joy and willingness, people try to light out their darkness of soul and mind. What makes Diwali so special is the light! The decoration of different light and their glow, makes the event so special and unique. I always loved clay Diyas, where as alternative source of light like candle, electronic bulbs can be used for decoration. Here my flat has all open CFL hanging from roof. Many time I asked landlord for bracket or lamp shade, But all are in vain. So I took this opportunity to create my own lamp shader.
From Chinese shop I brought  3 hanging paper lamp shades. Which is giving ambient soft light around the bed rooms.

Once I brought a white paper globe to use to over dinning table. Then I also brought a strange square shape light which is almost transparent and emits all light, So I have to get rid of that light, and finally after some brain storming I got an idea, lets turn its like a bird cage or birds feeder.

The first round lamp, was created shakily, the structure was difficult to stand, where as the material used behind it was a soft thread, which is unlikely for this. But with some effort I hold it straight and raped it with blue crape paper. To make it attractive 3 floating flowers was pined into it. Help from Nima to hold it straight (even with her painful back).
